HMC464LP5

Question

Hello, 
 The plots for P1dB and out IP3 on page 11-260 of the HMC464LP5 data sheet show that the Out IP3 is lower than P1dB above 18 GHz. are these curves/data correct? 
 Wouldn't a typical difference for PHEMT MMIC be OIP3~OP1dB+9...?? Thanks.

Hi, 
 Typically OIP3 is expected to be higher than OP1dB. But the plots are on the datasheet are correct. HMC464`s linearity performance is different than what typically expected from a pHemt.
