Dear Sir ,
HMC5445 has the positive(Vdd) and negative (Vgg) power supply.
Does it need to care about power sequence (Even I knew my working voltage such as vdd=5V/vgg=-1 has the best performance) ?
According to internal document ," MMIC AMPLIFIER BIASING PROCEDURE", that points out it should be adjustment the negative power supply first in procedure .
So could you help me to clarify this question, tks!
