Hello.
I've gotten HMC1097 EVAL PCB file.
They use substrate as Rogers 4350(0.01inch, 0.254mm) and 16mil signal line.
Is it microstrip line or CPWG?
When I calculate line impedance, there are 60ohm line...
1,6,13,15 pins are N/C and these pins and GND pins are separated on datasheet.
But NC pins and GND pins are connected on other PCB Eval.
It make me confused....
Please, let me know this signal path type and what is the right way.
