We are using a ADF4154BRUZ created a PLL.
However, too much bad has occurred in the low-temperature test -32'C.
Researching the part # 220 and # 421 were marked as a normal product,
Defective products were marked with # 539.
X-RAY measurements found a different point as the pin 12 attached to the DATA line picture.
# 539 marked this product as I would like to know whether defective or fake products.
