HMC1087-Die and HMC1087F10 has different coupling at RF out on their datasheet. Could you confirm that RF out is AC coupled at HMC1087F10 and at its evaluationboard?

The interface schematic on both datasheets are correct, but the description is incorrect. We will initiate a datasheet update for that.
The RFIN and RFOUT are DC coupled and wideband DC block capacitors should be used.
