Hi Akira,
The Pin Descriptions tables on HMC data sheets sometimes indicate how the NC pins were treated during our collection of data for the data sheets. In this case, however, the data sheet does not. In my opinion it's usually better to ground NC pins unless instructed to do otherwise. A good point of reference would be our EVB, which grounds all of the NC pins as shown below. For that reason I recommend that you ground all of the NC pins.
