The data sheet for the HMC907 RF power amplifier lists IP3 for several frequency ranges. What can we expect for IP3 in the 20-50 KHz range, typical and minimum? Thanks and Best Regards,

Hi Tim,
We don't have a rule of thumb for determining the lowest frequency of our IP3 data. For some parts we measure IP3 as low as tens of MHz and for other parts we don't measure quite as low. Many parts can technically operate down to *DC* but still require DC blocks so as to not load down the gate and/or drain biases. For those parts we usually use very wideband coaxial models which have their own low frequency limits.
In the case of the HMC907 product page (see link below), a replacement actually is listed...though it's hidden!
