HMC-APH460-DIE S-Parameter File

Hi achung,

I just looked at what's available on the website for HMC460 products and found that the S-parameters actually are available for the HMC460-DIE product. I think that the reason why you could not find the S-pars for the die product is because our website is currently horrible. I apologize for that, though I have no control over it. The S-parameters for all of the HMC460 products can be found here...

Thank you for the information! However, I'm looking for the S-parameters for HMC-APH460, which is a 1/2 W power amplifier in the 27-31.5 GHz band. HMC-460 is a LNA chip from DC-20 GHz.

I'm sorry, I misread the part number!

I just looked at our HMC-APH460 data sets and found that our "S-parameter" data is not true S-parameter data.

Rather, it's just magnitude data for S11, S21, and S22, without S12 magnitude and without phase info for any of the four two-port S-parameters.

If you wanted a softcopy of the data that's plotted on the data sheet, I would be able to provide that.

Having both magnitude and phase information would be ideal. But, if you could please provide the softcopy of the magnitude data on the datasheet, that would be fantastic.
