S2P file of HMCALH444

 I want to select the HMC-ALH444 ultra LNA packaged product for my design 4.4 to 5.1 GHz frequency range. So I downloaded its S2P file and tried to simulate this in AWR microwave office. Its Noise figure data is missing in S2P file. Kindly provide me information for its NF or send me the updated S2P file which include NF information. Please reply to my mail as soon as possible.

    Hi Maria,

    Below is a plot of the HMC-ALH444 noise figure vs. frequency grouped by operating temperature and DC bias. Because the HMC753LP4E is our packaged version of the HMC-ALH444 die, I've also included the noise figure plot from the HMC753LP4E data sheet. The noise figure of the HMC753LP4E packaged part could be expected to measure slightly higher than that of the HMC-ALH444 die due to the fact that the packaged part contains the additional losses of the bond wires and the plastic encapsulant.
