My customer is considering to use HMC745LC3 in their memory tester.
And they say that they should use VCC 1.35V & VEE -2V in this device.
Q1) Could they use HMC745LC3 in VCC 1.35V & VEE -2V condition?
Because VEE is negative voltage, they worry that Return Pass is lower than GND, so this will affect their SI of tester .
Q2) In this condition, would you advise which problems can be occurred and how to solve these problems in this condition?
If you have any opinions, please let them know.
