HMC753 & HMC8410 maximum input powert

Hi All ,

 

I'm considering the HMC753 and HMC8410 for my design . 

 

I wish to understand what is the maximum input power (NO DAMAGE) ,for the HMC753 and HMC8410 when DC is OFF (meaning - when the  power supply to the parts is off )

    In general for the HMC branded products, the RF Pin AMR values shown on the AMR tables apply at the nominal DC bias condition. Some of those RF Pin AMR values have been determined via simulations, while others have been determined via stress measurements in the lab. For our latest products they've been determined by stress measurements in the lab while also being supported by simulation results. I cannot think of an HMC product for which we've evaluated the RF Pin ruggedness without DC bias applied. It is possible for the maximum safe RF Pin to be higher without DC bias applied than with DC bias applied. However, to know with certainty would require either the results of a stress experiment or the results of a detailed design analysis...neither of which we have.
