HMC1060 Enable

Hello everyone,

I am using two HMC1060LP3E but I have problems or misunderstanding of the Enable signal.

First HMC1060LP3E Enable voltage => 182 mV => HMP is OFF

Second HMC1060LP3E Enable voltage => 465 mV => HMP is ON 

The datasheet says : "Enable Input EN Low Level  0 to 0.8 V"

I think the second should be OFF as well but it is always ON. Is there anything I missed ?
