HMC311SC70 Vs Range ?

Question

Hi all, 
 How about is the Vs Range @ HMC311SC70 ? 
 In the data sheet 3 page "Gain, Power, IP3 & Supply Current vs.Supply Voltage @ 1 GHz", Vs (Vdc) range is from 4.5V to 5.5V. 
 And, 
 Absolute Maximum Ratings 
 RF Input Power (RFIN)(Vcc = +3.9V) : +10 dBm 
 Is it recommended Vs range ? , 5V+/-10%. 
 Following equaution is prerequisite ? 
 Icq = (Vs - 3.8) / Rbias >>> Icq = (Vs - Vcc) / Rbias ? 
 What is the condition of "Vcc = +3.9V"? 
 Vs=3.3V is not available wo/ Rbias ? Min voltage ?

Hi sss, 
 The max for Vcc is 7V given at the AMR table. At default DS configuration, Rbias=22 ohms, with 55 mA Icc, this will give about 3.8-3.9 Vcc.We have also tested the device with 27 ohms and Vs=5 V, this gives about 3.25 Vcc, and reduced P1dB about 2-3 dB. 
 Min limit for Vcc is not tested. Reducing the Vcc will not damage the device but reduce the RF performance. You can use different Vs value, it does not have to be within 4.5 to 5.5V, critical thing is to keep Vcc below 7 V.
