What is the purpose of RFinB in ADF4153A PLL ?

Hello, I would like to know the differences between RFinA and RFinB input in the ADF4153A PLL.

I've read that RFinB must be grounded (via a bypass capacitor) when using single-ended applicaiton but I don't understand what it means.

Is it possible to use RFinB instead of RFinA (and put RFinA to ground) ?

I am trying to debug a device where the VCO output is connected to RFinB instead of RFinA and I am wondering if this is the reason it doesn't work.

Thanks in advance.

Cordially,

Matthieu Maures.
