Can I get all SPI commands set for HMC778 programming?

Question

I have the datasheet and operating guide documents as the following name. (from the web site) 
 -. hmc778.pdf 
 -. 140-00074-00_operating_guide.pdf 
 Unfortunately, I don't have a HMC778 Evaluation Kit. I want to know how can program the HMC778 using SPI interface when I make my own PCB. Can I get the example of SPI commands set for HMC778?

Hi there, 
 I've attached a sample register file that should work according to the configuration you provided. Please review the datasheet to be sure you understand 
 the configuration of each register file. Sometimes we will write these files so that REG 3 and REG4 are last (as far as registers go) as REG 3 actually triggers the write.
