HMC941ALP4E/HMC939ALP4E_Vdd Min and RF performance

Dear team.

customer is reviewing the HMC941ALP4E and HMC939ALP4E.

1. Vdd +3.3V will be applied. is it possable?

2. if +3.3V Vdd is applied,  is there any change in RF performance?

3. Do you have a Min Vdd value?
