HMC520ALC4 Characteristic Test Method Inquiry.

Hello everyone.
I am using the HMC520ALC4 to create and test an OQPSK module.
Of course, I know that the ADRF6780 is more suitable for the OQPSK module, but for many reasons I must use the HMC420ALC4.
I have the following questions in the data sheet of HMC520ALC4.
I am wondering how to measure the phase balance and the amplitude balance specified in the HMC520ALC4 data sheet.
I also wonder how the phase balance and amplitude balance in the datasheet are related to static phase imbalance and static amplitude imbalance.

    I am useing HMC520ALC4 to upconverter.

    IF1 & IF2 is I & Q signal.
    IF1 & IF2 is IF signal(0 ~ 80 MHz), LO is 8185 MHz.

    In this case, I am wondering how to measure the phase balance and the amplitude balance specified in the HMC520ALC4 data sheet.

    you answered that do this would be to downconverter the signal and then put the IF1 and IF2 waveforms onto an oscilloscope.

    So what if I do down-convert the upconverted signal(x-band) and measure it with an oscilloscope?

    Can I use an typical RF mixer(ex. HMC787) for my mixer?

    If my thinking is wrong, could tell me correct measurement method?
