ADRF6620

Question

In http://www.analog.com/en/products/rf-microwave/mixers/rf-mixers-w-integrated-los.html , RF Mixers with Integrated LO, Product Selection Table, the ADRF6620's max LO frequency is 6G while according to the datasheet it is 2.7G.

Hi wishful, 
 It seems to be a mistake. Thanks for pointing it out. I believe it got mixed with the internal VCO frequency range. I will have it fixed. Just to be clear, the internal and external LO frequency ranges are the ones provided in the datasheet.
