Aluminum plate without radiation fin is attached on bottom of EVB. Please see three pictures attached.
Is it necessary to attach heat sink with radiation fin onto the aluminum plate?
Is the aluminum plate soldered on bottom of EVB PCB?
Is the EVB PCB simple double-sided board? Metal plate is not built in the substrate of the PCB?
What surface treatment is done on the aluminum plate and bottom side of the PCB?
