It has been over 10 years since AD8302 was introduced. I don't know why only this single chip exists in "gain and phase" category.
My application demands to compare two signals up to 3GHz. AD8302 is so close to this range. Is there any approach that could extend AD8302 input frequency range while still keeping the original signal power/phase information intact?

The HMC361S8G divide-by-2 has a typical constant output power of 3dBm. You would lose all amplitude information.
