The conversion gain information shown in the datasheet is not captured in a sparameter file. A mixer does frequency conversion so the S12 and S21 will only show the isolation information and not conversion gain. An S2P file makes sense for an amplifier. Therefore we only provide S1P files (i.e return loss) for parts that include mixers.
