Vdd vs Gain, Idd vs Input power of HMC963/565/516/564/772

Hello,

I received a question from our customer. The customer is now selecting RF Amp for a transceiver system. The selecting points are characteristics of Vdd vs Gain and Idd vs Input Power. Do you have like those data of following products?

HMC963LC4

HMC565LC5

HMC516LC5

HMC564LC4

HMC772LC4 

If there are no data about those, could you please advise me 2 or 3 recommend products for considering above two items?

    All parts have Gain vs Vdd plot for a sample frequency point. The gain change delta vs. Vdd, for that frequency point, will be similar for across the overall frequency range. This behavior can be seen on the plots Sean shared above.

    HMC963LC4 is missing that plot. The typical gain vs. Vdd for HMC963LC4 can be seen below,

    And the Idd vs. Pin information can be extracted from the power compression curves given on the DS of all parts. As an example, DS of the HMC963LC4 has 3 seperate plots for 8, 16 and 24GHz, titled ``Power compression @ 8 GHz``. Current information can be extracted by using the PAE(power added efficiency), output power curves and the input power values.
