Each VPOS pin goes to a dedicated bond pad on the die. I do not know if they are electrically connected on the die. Even if they were connected, I would advise not to connect the ADL5513 in this manner as poor reliability could result. Please follow the connection recommendations in the PIN CONFIGUATION AND FUNCTION DESCRIPTION section of the datasheet.
