Terminals of EV2HMC618ALP3

Question

Dear Sirs, 
 
 I made a mistake to ask the following question to the wrong group. 
 I would be happy if you could reply my question. 
 
 ---------- 
 
 I am examining the HMC618 LNA using the evaluation board EV2HMC618ALP3. 
 The power terminals of the evaluation board are different from the data sheet. 
 Please let me know the pin configuration of the power terminals shown in the attached picture.

 This question was answered in the following EZ thread:

 We had a problem with that EVB in our stock. It took us a couple of months to recall all of the boards from our warehouse and to then correct the problem such that EV2HMC618ALP3 availability is restored. Did our FA Engineer, Jun, deliver to you the replacement board? Please let me know.
