Is this value reasonable value for HMC802A? Do you have any idea for reduce the switching noise?

Could you please advise me the mechanism of noise generation in the FET devices as switching elements? This is very important issue for the customer. The noise level is too big for the customer's application. He can't use HMC802A if we can't inform that information to him.
