Power supply of HMC7545

Question

Hello, 
 My customer has already received HMC7545 datasheet via email and has a question about HMC7545 application. 
 The customer wonders if they can use different power sources for VCCO(0.5V) and VCCI(3.3V). 
 Please give me advice.
