Is there a 3D model available for this power amplifier? I need to attach it to a cold plate and our mechanical engineer would like to have a model of the circuit board.

Craig

Hi Craig,
The Gerber files, including complete stack-up info, are located here:
Do those suit your requirements, or are you looking for the details of the heat-sink that's part of our board?
(Or something else?)

SMcBride,
Do you specifically have a .step file of the device?

Hi Craig,
We do not have step file but we have .bxl file.
I am sending you these two links so you can see how to use it and check if it is useful for you at all.
http://www.analog.com/media/en/symbols-footprints/symbols/HMC1086F10.bxl
Can you explain in more details what you need this for in order for me to better understand?

Ivan,
We are creating a heatsink and need to create a model for the board for our mechanical engineers. What is a .bxl file used for in what software tool?
Regards,
Craig
Hi Craig,
First link that I sent you contains explanation about this file and software needed.
Software name is Ultra Librarian Reader and can be downloaded in that link.
