HMC943ALP5DE/HMC7229LS6_Reflow profile and MSL

Dear Team,

This parts were applied for the Test and Measurement.

We have some questions.

1. HMC943ALP5DE

    - We checked the Max Peak Reflow Temperature(260 °C) from the datasheet(page 8).

       But we would like to know the detail reflow profile(or graph).

2. HMC7229LS6

    - What is MSL?

    - we would like to know the detail reflow profile(or graph).
