Using an HMC994APM5E in a design where we require approx. 10 microsecond switching speeds for the transmit section. We are gate switching Vgg1 between pinch (-2.5V) and approx. -.55V with a transition of about 1-2us. Initially power out rise was over a millisecond. I have since pulled the 4.7uF caps from Vgg1, ACG3, and ACG2 but the best I can achieve is 400-600us rise time (with CW at the input). Is there any way to improve the switching time of this device?
