Hi team,

i'm using the HMC742A for a new project in the frequency range 500 MHz - 4 GHz.

In the datasheet there is an inducotor on AMPOUT pin (pin 29).

  • I recommend you use the value that is used on the evaluation board.  The L1 inductor part number is 0603LS-561XJLB from Colicraft. Here is the BOM for the HMC742A evaluation board.
