ADAR2001ACCZ datasheet does not give any guidance on how to treat input pins MRST, MADV, TxRST, and TxADV if you are not using these pins. Should they be tied to GND, left floating, or pulled up to one of the power supply pins?

If you do not plan to use these pins to advance and reset the associated state machines, tie them all to ground.
