Hi, I’m trying to connect the DC590B USB serial controller & DC2645A evaluation mixer kit to the QuikEval software downloaded from the link below.
The DC590B controller is showing up in the Windows 10 device manager as a “USB Serial Converter” under Universal Serial Bus Controllers but not under “Ports (COM & LPT).” We have USB Serial Converter > Properties > Advanced > Load VCP checked/enabled.
Additionally, upon connecting the DC2645A to DC590B and into the computer’s USB port, the QuikEval K112 software continues to say “The USB-to-Serial Controller is not connected” and doesn’t register the connection.
