Hi
I'm in the designing phase with the ADL8142 and was curious of what would be an ideal way of reducing the S11 of this device form the -10.5 dB to say something like -15 dB? Layout or matching network?
Thanks in advance

Hi Joshua,
S11 is from the device itself since it's internally matched.
The datasheet has plots for S11 performance over Vdd and Idq, which can be used to attain the best S11 for the frequencies of interest.
S11 better than -15dB broadband with external matching, or PCB layout is likely not achievable since it's the device itself that's governing this spec.
Best Regards,
Chris
