Fluke Meter Probing

Question

Hello, 
 I am working on a new design using the ADRF5080. Is it ok to put a Fluke Meter probe on the RF pins of the SP8T switch and measure resistance to ground? A Fluke Meter applies a low DC voltage in order to measure resistance. I don't want to damage the part. I'm wanting to verify a connection.

You should be ok as long as you do not exceed the pin specifications.

Hi The pin looks at power and I think the multimeter should be ok. But I am not sure if your test will give the result you wanrt but a multimeter should not damage the ADRF5080.
