ADMV8818 Evaluation Board - ACE Program fails to startup on new laptop

Hi, 

I had recently purchased a new laptop and I installed the latest ACE program with the ADMV8818 plugins file. 

Previously I had done the setup with my old laptop and everything works fine. This time round, with the new laptop, after installing the ACE program (which I select to include the LRF and SDP drivers as well as .NET 4.8 Client), the ACE program is not able to start up with GUI window upon 1st click. The program seems to crash halfway while installing the settings. 

After which, each time i click on the ACE program or directly double click on the ADMV8818 plugin zipfile, nothing happens, there's no pop up window, whatsoever. 

I tried both the latest ACE software as well as the previous version which works well in my old laptop, each time, I had made it sure that I cleaned up (uninstalled everything) prior to the installation. But both attempts fail. 

My new laptop does not have any SEP installed yet and hence, there is no security issue involved. It is a Windows 11 Pro. Please advice what I can do further to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

    I tried your advice. That is, uninstall ACE and all the related drivers. Then, reinstall ACE and same thing happen. Upon opening up, the window shows that it is searching for plugins, then loading in ACE settings, then the window disappears and never appears again.
