Gold Termination Thickness

Question

Need to know the thickness of the gold termination plating for this component/package. Can't find that information on either the component datasheet or the package E-12-4 LCC drawing. Thanks.

Here is what I got back on your question. There 30-80 microinches (0.03 to 0.08 mils, 0.762 to 2.032 microns) of Gold over 50 microinches (0.05 mils, 1.27 microns) minimum of Nickle. For clarity 1000 “mils” are equal to one inch and one thousand microns are equal to 1mm.)
