Amplifier to drive ADMV1550

Question

Hi 
 
 I would like to know which ADI amplifier is recommended to drive the LO of ADMV1550? 
 I would prefer to use a single supply amplifier. 
 LO frequency range is 15 ->17GHz

Hi Paul,

there are quite a few options. If you want to have plenty of LO power, I would take a look at ADL8107 or ADL8100 . Both have phase noise plots in their datasheets. ADL8100 can generate more output power but that comes at the cost of much higher power consumption (90mA vs 220mA).
