Is it possible to get the PCB and Sch of 107384-HMC494LP3, the EVM of HMC494LP3?

Question

I can download the Gerber files of 107384-HMC494LP3, the EVM of HMC494LP3. Is it possible to get the PCB and Sch of 107384-HMC494LP3, the EVM of HMC494LP3? 
 A same question for 106582-HMC365G8, the EVM of HMC365G8.

Hi Fang,

Unfortunately, we do not have the schematic design file nor the layout file available for these two eval boards.

You can still refer to the schematic pdf and the gerber files for each board. These files for both the 107384-HMC494LP3 and the 106582-HMC365G8 are available for download under each evaluation board's product page. I've linked them below.
