The ADAR2001-ACCZ quadrupler chip has normal power supply, with a VPOS pin voltage of 2.5V and a Vreg pin voltage of 1.9V, and the static power consumption is close to that in the datasheet. After writing to the 0x045, 0x046, 0x047, and 0x048 registers via four-wire SPI, the chip current does not change, indicating that the internal power divider, buffer, and amplifier of the chip are not starting normally. Subsequently, read commands were sent to the chip via SPI, attempting to read the values of registers 0x04F and 0x047, but there is no output on SDO. The SPI waveform was observed with an oscilloscope, and both the voltage and waveform were consistent with the chip datasheet. I would like to ask whether this is an issue with register configuration or a hardware design problem?
