I am currently reproducing the OOK communication scheme from the PDF file, which originates from this forum: ez.analog.com/.../hmc6300-msk-input---reg
The development board connection is shown in the diagram. A 50MHz square wave signal (300mVpp, no bias current) is input differentially to the BB_IM/P interface via a signal generator. This signal is transmitted by the HMC6300 and received by the HMC6301. Following the register value modifications on page 4 of the PDF to enable AM detection, the demodulated signal is finally output through the VOUT_IM/P interface.

The issue I'm encountering is that the demodulated signal should match the input square wave (as shown in the PDF). However, the received signal appears to be the absolute value of the original square wave, resulting in a nearly straight line (see figure below). Additionally, the spectrum analyzer shows even harmonics at 50MHz (see figure below). Could anyone provide effective suggestions? Thank you.
