Hello, I'd like to inquire about an issue encountered during testing with the HMC6350.
My device setup is as shown in the diagram. I input a 50MHz square wave signal into the HMC6300, connecting it to the BB_IM and BB_IP interfaces. After baseband modulation, the signal is transmitted. The HMC6301 receives the signal and outputs it via AM demodulation, which is then observed using a spectrum analyzer and oscilloscope.

However, as shown below, the oscilloscope displays a signal that is not square-shaped. Additionally, the spectrum analyzer shows not only the 50MHz signal and its odd harmonics but also even harmonics. Could someone explain why this is happening?
