Hello,
We are trying to validate HMC252AQS24E and experiencing some challenges and would like to hear expert opinion.
test setup
using bread board to solder HMC252AQS24E.
Power supply 5V DC
Mux setting = "000" (inputs 12, 13, 14 tied to GND)
using 100nF DC-block capacitor, at RFC pin and RF(1-6) pins
Set generator: Sine wave, 2Vpp, DC bias 2.5V DC, 25MHZ, 50 OHM output impedance
Connect generator to "RFC"- pin.
When probing RFC input getting 750mV pp, then probing every RFX getting also 750mV.
Not sure why input is getting shunted nor why every RFX pin getting same signal.
Could you please advise what can be a problem
