Lot Code marking on component XXXX

Question

We are cureently investigating a shift in performance of one of our Products. The Suppliers of the HMC594LC3B have provided the following Lot Codes for components supplied; 
 AT94741.7 (Date Code 2020) 
 
 AV93079.4 (Date Code 2134) 
 
 Can you please advise what marking will be on these components as the format given in the datasheet is XXXX?
