HI ADI Team!
I am using HMC633LC4 and using HMC981LP3E for Bias control!
I have both amplifier and biasing circuit on board! I am only validating the ABC part! When I measure the VGATE its 2.3V and VNEG is -2.468V and VDRAIN is 6V. The R1, R2, R4, R5, R6 and R7 are not populated on my board and they are open!
I want to know why I am getting VGATE as positive voltage instead of Negative.
Should I Connect load(HMC633LC4) and test?
I have followed the application circuitry!
RSense Resistor is 180R
I have used Cpout circuitry from Datasheet
SW is connected to VDIG
Enable is connected to VDIG
I am reading 3.3V from TRIGOUT
