Hello,
We want to use HMC8193 to up-convert given signal frequency to a specified carrier frequency. For this, we are evaluating its suitability for out application, and want to simulate it and observe its behavior using Keysight ADS.
Is there any model for this part to be imported in ADS Schematic to analyze its performance in this frequency? What is the recommended method/tool to simulate and analyze its behavior?
