Fault: No connection to EVB

Question

Hi I am working with EVBs : EVAL-SDP-CS1Z EV-ADF4377SD1Z But I don't have a connection as far as I understand I should see a connection when I see the software - green light and the component status is available I attached the file board.adf4377.1.2022.16300.acezip to PLUG-IN I have a USB connection I see it in the device manager What else do I need to do to make it work I am using UG-2050 but without success I attached a picture 
 I would appreciate a quick answer.

 We've moved this thread to the RF forum where the product team can assist you directly. 
 emrecangidik could you please follow up with the customer on this. From the information provided, we suspect that the eval board either has a blank or corrupted EEPROM, due to SDP-S controller board appearing, LEDs on eval board indicating it is powered correctly and ACE showing "No Daughterboard Detected". It is also possible that there are issues with the I2C line used to communicate with the EEPROM.

 Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the delayed response, 
 From your screenshots I can see that in the Attached Hardware section, the device is appearing as "No daughterboards detected". 
 This indicates that ACE has detected the SDP-S controller board, but cannot detect the ADF4377 Eval board. 
 There are a couple of possible causes for this, firstly I would advise checking the connection between the evaluation board and the SDP-S. 
 The connection here is the long 120-pin white connector, please ensure that this is fully seated and there is no dust or debris in the connector socket. 
 I also note that the EV-ADF4377SD1Z eval board requires a 6V external supply, provided to either the banana plug connectors or SMA connector. Please ensure that your power supply is connected and that the polarity is correct, this is required to power the evaluation board for communication with ACE. 
 If neither of the above help, please try closing ACE and disconnecting your eval board setup, then open a new instance of ACE, connect the eval board, wait for the "No Daughterboards Detected" tile to show and then use the menu button in the top right of the screen. Select "Show Log File", then save the text file and upload it here in a reply so that we can debug further. Thanks Eoin
