Hello team,
we are testing HMC8205BF10:
- we bought 2 devboard and had S param identical to the one in data sheet.
- we bought 2 HMC8205BF10 from Mouser and replace the amplifier given with the dev board by the one from mouser and S21 is 2/3 db below the standard. (Of course same test bench and same standard biasing)
We don't understand why these differences.
