can you clarify that the part number is ADPA7006 (not ADPL7006)? Also, are they looking for this information for the packaged part or the die version?
Note that if you download the s-parameter files for www.analog.com/ADPC, you will find an excel file in the zip file that contains much of the data you are looking. Please see if the data in this file meets your needs. Thanks. - Eamon

Would it be difficult for you to provide the numerical data for the graphs included in the data sheet? Is the data no longer available, or is it confidential data that cannot be made public? The customer says they are willing to enter into an NDA if necessary.

The data is in the attached zip file. I was not able to source the detector plot. I suggest that you try digitizing the plot using Web Plot Digitizer.
