Product Number: ADF4383
I am using the ADF4383.
The phase noise in a specific output frequency range is worse than what is stated in the data sheet.
The data sheet states that the phase noise at 1 MHz offset from 15.2 GHz to 17.8 GHz is -126.5 dBc/Hz or less.
In actual use, it is about -123 dBc/Hz.
In other ranges, the value is closer to the data sheet value.
Are there any ADF4383 registers that affect the phase noise in this range?
Or is there any way to improve the phase noise?
