Hi Akira,
I found some data showing the transition behavior between states. The largest overshoot that I see is 0.2 dB as the part transitions between the -7.5 dB and -8 dB states. Other transitions have similar or smaller overshoot. There is no overshoot as the part transitions between any of the 0dB to 1.5 dB States (e.g. 0dB to -0.5dB, -0.5dB to -1dB, -1 dB to -1.5 dB.

Hi Akira,
rise, fall, on and off data is in the spec table (70ns and 160ns). There is a plot of relative phase in the bottom right-hand corner of page 2 of the datasheet.
